### 🏛️ Article J-1 — Autorité judiciaire

Le Département de la Justice est l’autorité responsable des poursuites judiciaires, de l’application des procédures légales et du respect de la Constitution de San Andreas.

Le DOJ comprend :

* Les Juges
* Les Procureurs
* Les Avocats agréés
* Les Greffiers
* Les Officiers judiciaires

Chaque membre agit dans le cadre strict de ses fonctions officielles.

### 🏛️ Article J-3 — Pouvoir du Procureur

Le Procureur peut :

* Engager des poursuites pénales
* Demander des mandats
* Négocier des accords judiciaires
* Représenter l’État devant les tribunaux

Le juge garantit l’équité des procédures, valide les mandats, prononce les décisions judiciaires et veille au respect des droits fondamentaux.
